The Snacking Fallacy
Let’s talk about what comes to mind when you hear the word “snack”. Do visions of sugarplums dance in your head? If so, you’re not alone. Most people tend to associate snacks with indulgent, overly processed treats – in other words, a health-conscious individual’s arch nemesis. But it doesn’t have to be that way. When executed properly, snacks can provide key nutrients, fill nutritional gaps in our diet, curb cravings, and perhaps even help with weight management.
But choosing the right snack is not always easy – especially when your goals include taste, nutrition, and convenience. In fact, the task may seem overwhelming, or even impossible to those who are unfamiliar with the process. That’s why I’m so excited to share this new book with you today. (more…)
