Most people tend to associate snacks with indulgent, overly processed treats – in other words, a health-conscious individual’s arch nemesis. But it doesn’t have to be that way. When executed properly, snacks can provide key nutrients, fill nutritional gaps in our diet, curb cravings, and perhaps even help with weight management.
